KDG is excited to announce the completion of the 4th Edition of Every Officer Is A Leader. This publication is a significant rewrite of the material to make it currently relevant and in a very user friendly format. It will be available through the National Command and Staff College of the International Academy of Public Safety.

The previous edition of this book has become an integral part of the Credible Leadership program offered through the College, and was an accepted standard in a number of law enforcement and public safety organizations. This new version is a collaborative project written with Dr. Terry Anderson and Patrick Holliday and is a must read for justice, public safety, and security professionals at all stages of their careers.
